<title>State Topical Areas Added to RegScan GCS Online Compliance Solution</title>
<description>RegScan, Inc. has recently added numerous new State regulatory topical areas to its GCS service. According to the company, these new topical areas make finding the regulations specific to a particular industry easier and less time intensive.

The state topical areas that have been added include areas related to Agriculture, Radiation and Transportation. Thousands of pages of state regulatory data have been added to RegScan's already massive database. All RegScan regulatory data is presented in fully searchable, full-text format with hyperlinks to the associated guidance documents. Navigational features such as an anchored breadcrumb trail make it easy to know where you are within a database at any given time. <title>RegScan revolutionizes Regulatory compliance with RegScan GCS 2.0</title>
<description>RegScan, Inc. proudly announces its new, industry-leading regulatory compliance service, RegScan GCS 2.0. With new patent-pending technology and more than 15 new tools, RegScan has revolutionized regulatory compliance.

Parallel Topical Search (patent-pending) enables users to simultaneously research Federal and state regulations by common sense topical areas. By enabling users to look at the Federal and state regulations by a topic in a side-side format, a user can quickly and easily determine if there is any regulatory difference and what that difference is. RegScan GCS 2.0 has also changed traditional searching by creating easy-to-use interfaces for both the power and the occasional user.

Other specialized features make it easier to see and understand regulatory change. RegScan GCS 2.0's strikethrough feature lets a user quickly compare different versions of a regulation with the current version. Deleted text displays with strikethrough and added text with redline. The customizable dashboard allows users to select what changed data and alerts they want displayed on their splash screen.

RegScan GCS 2.0 has also increased the usability of drilling into the regulations by creating a hierarchical drill down and breadcrumb trail. Hierarchical drilldown graphically lays out the regulatory hierarchy found in the regulations and enables users to mouse over the regulations to see the content and quickly determine which regulation fits the user needs. The breadcrumb trail allows users to navigate backward through the regulatory levels, which helps the user quickly find where they need to go.

Audit Applicability allows the user to profile the requirements for a specific facility and to easily monitor regulatory changes that impact each profile.

All these features and others have made RegScan GCS 2.0, the easiest and most powerful regulatory compliance tool on the Internet.

Founded in 1987, RegScan, Inc. began with a single regulatory database product and now has more than 900 databases on the Internet. For more about RegScan, please visit us on the web at http://www.regscan.com.</description>

	<title>RegScan improves Lookout E-Mail Alert Service</title>
<description>RegScan, Inc. is pleased to announce that their LookOut&amp;trade; E-mail Alert Service has been improved. In addition to providing links to changed regulation, LookOut&amp;trade; now includes a summary of each changed regulation. E-mails are now formatted in easy-to-read HTML complete with agency information and Federal Register page numbers to make scanning relevant changes even faster. LookOut&amp;trade; remains one of the fastest and easiest ways to stay up to date on regulatory change.

As part of the RegScan Today online service, LookOut&amp;trade; uses advanced Boolean logic to constantly monitor the Federal Register for changes in your specified interest areas. Queries can be as simple as a single word, or as complex as multiple word searches.

Users receive e-mailed results when a change of interest is detected to their monitored regulations. Reviewing is simple. A user then looks at the agency, reads the summary and clicks the title to be taken to the complete text of the regulatory change. Subscribers now see all changes grouped together by which query triggered the alert.

LookOut&amp;trade; is just one of the many solutions RegScan offers to save subscribers time and money while keeping them up-to-date on regulatory issues.

RegScan, Inc. is a 21 year-old technology company that provides legislative and regulatory information and services to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. RegScan has a specific focus on Environmental, Health, Safety and Transportation information.

<title>RegScan automates change management by integrating two of its flagship products</title>
<description>RegScan, Inc. – an innovator in online regulatory compliance solutions – has taken two of its flagship compliance products and seamlessly integrated them. This exciting integration allows for the RegScan Today online service to automate users’ change management.

By integrating My WatchList and Audit Applicability, RegScan Today automatically monitors regulations associated with a user’s audit checklist by adding the associated regulations to their WatchList. This transparency allows for users to bypass steps involved in effectively monitoring regulatory change, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing the chance for human error.

As part of RegScan’s five-step 'Compliance Loop', this new automation lets U.S. Team Guides&amp;trade; users quickly and accurately determine their regulatory drivers, as well as set up their monitoring – all with nothing more than a few mouse clicks.

RegScan, Inc. is committed to being the leading innovator in regulatory compliance. While many companies offer regulatory information, RegScan seeks to offer its customers cutting edge, easy-to-use compliance solutions.

First introduced in 2006, My WatchList is RegScan’s custom regulatory change management tool. As part of the RegScan Today online service, it allows users to monitor Federal and State regulatory change at various levels of detail. Its view history log allows users to show compliance with ISO 14001:4.3.2 requirements and those of RC14001. The view history log can also be used to show compliance with your internal auditing controls.

Audit Applicability was introduced in 2007, and allows US Team Guides&amp;trade; subscribers an easy way to create customized lists of audit questions applicable to their organization.

Founded in 1987, RegScan, Inc. began with a single product and a revolutionary idea for managing regulatory compliance. Today, RegScan has attained prominence as the innovative leader of electronic regulatory publishing and offers a wide variety of services.
